About face in good taste! The 360 Restaurant did a full circle turn around recently to bring it back to its originally glory as one of the first really hot chef owned restaurants in downtown Spokane.

360 gives its full focus to steak, seafood and Italian dishes served with a modern Northwest flair. Lunch delights consist of traditional clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl, sautéed mushroom subs, warm goat cheese & tofu salad or a one-of-a-kind Mac & Cheese with smoked Gouda. An array of other salads and sandwiches provide a difficult choice but you might try the Monte Cristo. This is truly a Northwest sandwich creation originating at the now-defunct Monte Cristo Hotel in Everett, Washington in the late 1920s.

For another NW cusine experience, evening entrees should be preceeded by an appetizer course of Snow Crab Cakes. Then on to the entree list featuring modern-classic steak and seafood dishes like a Blue Mesa Natural Filet Mignon, Baked Seafood Paella or a simply delicious Broiled Salmon. Or you can op for Italian pasta dishes, such as Veal Picattaor Smoked Chicken Pasta.  Moderately priced.

Décor is modern metro, with sleek lines of vivid red, black and white. Large street facing windows allow you to see and be seen right in the heart of downtown Spokane. Room service is provided from the restaurant to the adjoining Hotel Lusso, one of Spokane’s outstanding boutique hotels.

Make a 180 and head for the front door and the dining experience of 360.
