BOOKS—rare and vintage fiction, non-fiction, cooking, gardening, technical, and crafts.

FURNITURE—antiques to rustic, mid-century to everyday, find shelves, tables, lamps, dressers, cabinets, chairs and a couch or settee.

FASHION—designer, vintage, casual, and for fun and jewelry, shoes, handbags, scarves, hats.

ART—area fine artists including giant metal sculptures by Bill Sanders, primitives and unknowns, plus frames, and objects for art.

SCRAP—rusted metal, tools, bones, lighting fixtures and glass, farm, and gewgaws.

HOUSEWARES—vintage glass, linens, and dinnerware, kitchen utensils, small appliances.

REUSE, RECYCLE, REPURPOSE

AREA 58 is in its fourth year of business and is run by Spokane residents Dennis Held and Connie Grove, husband and wife. It has over 2500 square feet to display vintage items and original fine art. The building was originally built as a flower shop in the heart of the Corbin District on north Monroe Street (the Corbin Park Florist and later Parrish and Sells).
