All aboard for breakfast! A favorite Spokane breakfast
spot is housed in a 1906 railroad car diner. Car #1787 was artfully
restored with a center grill cooking 18,000 eggs a month and a long
counter where in true diner style, your coffee cup is never empty!
The largest freshest eggs are folded into giant omelets and served
with a super side car of extra thick bacon, ham or sauage. Get side
tracked with some of the other breakfast specials from waffles to
oatmeal to Frank's famous dollar sized hot cakes.
Besides the counter with a view of the grill, you
can sit in small train booths to satisfy your lunch desires for hot
turkey sandwiches or "vista cruiser" beef burgers. Leave
room for a great diner dinner of classic meatloaf or chicken fried
steak. This is model railroad eating at its best! |
